When your server is ready we send a welcome email with its IP address and login details. The same details are in the client area: open Services > My Services and choose the server.

• Linux servers: connect over SSH with the username and password from the welcome email (usually root), for example ssh root@your-server-ip. Change the password after your first login.
• Windows servers: connect with Remote Desktop, usually as Administrator.
