What is Logaholic?
Logaholic is web analytics software that reports on the traffic, content and marketing performance of websites. It can analyse server log files or use JavaScript tags, and is offered as a self-hosted download and as an online service. Its makers state it has been available since 2008, and it was bundled with cPanel between 2010 and 2015.
Project status: The latest self-hosted release listed on the official download page is dated August 2022, more than three years ago, and Softaculous lists a May 2020 build. The official site remains online. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.

Logaholic requirements
- PHP: 5.4 or higher per the official download page
- Database: MySQL 5.1 or higher per the official download page
- Apache, Nginx or IIS web server
The official page lists PHP 5.4+ and MySQL 5.1+ as requirements, which are older than the PHP versions typically preferred today. Compatibility with current PHP versions is not documented, so test before relying on it.
