Are your dedicated servers managed or self-managed?

Both options are available. By default dedicated servers are self-managed with full root and IPMI access, but our engineers can fully manage setup, security hardening, monitoring, updates and backups for you — just choose the managed add-on.

Do I get full root and IPMI access?

Yes. Every dedicated server includes full root access along with out-of-band IPMI/KVM access, so you have complete control to install any OS, reboot, reinstall and troubleshoot at the hardware level.
