Quick.CMS (also written Quick.Cms) is a small, free content management script written in PHP and published by OpenSolution.org. Instead of MySQL it stores its data in an SQLite database, so setup is light. It is aimed at simple websites where easy HTML and CSS editing matters more than a large feature set.
