What is Unclassified NewsBoard?
Unclassified NewsBoard is a PHP-based internet forum system that its author developed from 2003. It offers Jabber instant-message notifications, access control lists, cookie-free unread tracking and a BBCode parser. Its website says the software is no longer developed and that new installations are discouraged, so it is listed here for legacy purposes only.
Project status: Official site states the software is no longer developed, discourages new installations, is not compatible with PHP 7 and will not get security updates. Latest release 13 July 2015. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
